At least four weeks ahead of time is recommended for the widest character availability. However, we will strive to accommodate last minute requests!

Tips are happily accepted but not required!

Cancellations can be made until one week prior to your party. After this time your $50 deposit is nonrefundable, but it can be put towards a future booking.

We love performing outdoors! However, in the event of extreme temperatures or severe weather, we ask that your event have an alternate indoor location for the safety of our actors.
